Ardeta Search is partnering with a leading manufacturing company to recruit a detail-oriented Customer Services Administrator to join their fast-paced Dispatch Team. This role offers the chance to play a key part in ensuring smooth operations and delivering outstanding customer service on a 3 month temporary basis paying £16 per hour. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and logistics. Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely dispatch. Issue Resolution: Work closely with drivers and internal teams to resolve delivery issues swiftly and efficiently. Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth dispatch operations and meet customer expectations. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation of dispatch activities and customer interactions. Ideal Candidate Profile: Strong communication and organizational skills. High attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A proactive problem-solver with a positive, customer-focused approach. Prior experience in customer service or logistics is advantageous, but not essential. Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
