Main Duties Processing purchase invoices Dealing with the purchasing of workshop and office supplies Maintaining accurate records using Sage Tracking and verifying supplier pricing and costs from service providers Monitoring utility usage and investigating unexpected spikes Offering administrative support to the Finance Director when required Requirements An understanding of the basic principals of transactional accounts Good Excel knowledge Strong attention to detail, with a passion for problem solving An ability to think ahead and anticipate issues If you are looking for an opportunity to contribute to a growing organisation, I'd love to hear from you.
