1. Assist the line manager in the provision of clinical and managerial leadership and support of all nursing and departmental staff 2. Act as a senior resource for support and guidance of staff 3. Assist with the placement of appropriate personnel/skills across the directorate ensuring a patient focussed approach to staffing and care. 4.
