About the Role
As the Senior Manager for Supplier Relationship Management, you will lead the SRM team, ensuring that YBS’s most important supplier relationships are managed according to our standards for Supplier Management. This includes overseeing a large portfolio of material, outsourced, and high-value commercial relationships.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing supplier-specific strategies that deliver commercial value and manage risks. You will proactively partner with Accountable Directors across various Business Functions to ensure that key supplier relationships meet their business objectives, fulfil contractual commitments, and implement third-party risk controls.
Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain Management, you will act as a deputy and have delegated duties in line with regulatory SMF24 responsibilities. This ensures that both the Director of SCM and the YBS Chief Operating Officer meet their regulatory obligations for outsourcing and third-party risk management.
About you
You must be an experienced Leader in Supplier Relationship Management with experience covering both IT and Non-IT supplier relationships.
A deep understanding of third-party risks in the supply chain in a regulated / financial services environment, along with the ability to develop and implement mitigation strategies and action plans to reduce or eliminate these risks, is essential.
You need to have previous experience of leading and developing a team and providing strategic direction.
