Role OverviewAs Senior Contracts Manager, your day-to-day duties will include: Organising and managing temporary site services and electrical and mechanical projects within a construction environment, including all day-to-day operational aspects of the project. Ensuring works are completed in line with the health and safety policy. Procuring labour, materials, and plant to complete site-based activities. Valuing engineering of existing projects to maximise margins and preparing and submitting costs for additional work with the client's specifications and the technical expertise of the company. Preparing risk assessments and method statements. Conducting regular site visits/inspections and internal reviews of projects with the Commercial team. Building on existing relationships with the client base to help secure additional work. A good understanding of the electrical test and inspection procedures. Takes ownership of projects and deals with any operational problems professionally and efficiently. Good numerical skills. Experience delivering large projects on time and within budget. Experience managing a delivery team and able to mentor and develop the existing team of staff and operatives.
