Social Media Manager

This role will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring the social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive audience engagement.
Responsibilities:
* Set measurable goals and specific objectives for social campaigns, track performance on a regular cadence.
* Develop monthly, quarterly, and EOY reports on performance vs benchmarks.
* Create, curate, and manage a cross-platform engagement plan that includes a high-quality content calendar.
* Partner with the creative, content, campaign, and field teams in the development of social campaigns.
* Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies.
Background:
* Experience in social media in a B2B technology / SaaS company
* Comfortable working within different digital solutions/systems, experience with social media management tools and employee advocacy solutions (Oktopost).
* Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
* Strong writing skills and the ability to curate engaging content through storytelling
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
