Key Responsibilities: Understand client requirements and ensure project objectives are met. Estimate project costs, define deliverables, and plan resources effectively. Develop comprehensive programmes of work for project implementation. Manage the coordination of technicians, craftspeople, and subcontractors. Oversee project budgets, performance, and quality assurance. Required Skills and Qualifications: HNC in Electrical Engineering, preferably in Power Distribution or equivalent experience. Experience working on private networks or in the renewable energy sector. Familiarity with current Health and Safety legislation and regulations. Ability to interpret technical diagrams and explain design concepts clearly. Strong communication, decision-making, and organisational skills.
