You have the following skills/qualifications:
* Excellent communication skills – verbal & written
* Minimum 2 years experience in landscape maintenance trade
* Valid driver’s license and own transportation, and comfortable driving a truck and trailer
* Mowing and property maintenance experience

Who will be on your Team? What will you do?
The Mowing Crew Leader is responsible for overseeing a mowing crew of 2-4 people and ensuring high-quality lawn maintenance services are delivered to Trim Landscaping's clients. This role involves hands-on work, crew management, and a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. We offer snow removal work through the winter months where applicable.
You will be required to deal with customers, clock your team in/out daily, respond to emails and inquiries, manage safety, production and schedule, consult with installation projects, as well as regular upkeep on gear.
Job Requirements:
* Manage crew either with a mowing list or maintenance job site
* Manage crew HR including motivation, expectations, and interpersonal issues with the assistance of the Manager and HR.
* Train other crew members in all simple skills required for their position
* Manage day-to-day/ week to week goals, production targets etc.
* Understanding and trained in pruning/weeding/tree trimming and plant material
* Ensure appropriate level of quality for all aspects of maintenance jobs
* Troubleshoot on-site problems with crew
* Manage on-site safety
* Responsible for/Oversee all preventative maintenance
* Communicate with customers, clients, and the Manager with all matters relating to the project
* Read and understand work orders/ job requests
* Establish/communicate/pick up needs for next day
* Timesheet input
* iAuditor input
* Ensure site, truck, and trailer cleanliness and organization

* Hourly or Salary Compensation - $22.00 - $26.00 per hour (experience based)
