Having opened at the beginning of 2020, our award-winning, bespoke studio space offers conventional desk space as well as indulgent breakout areas, meeting rooms and alternative workspaces. The office has been ridgeline-designed to create an environment that encourages and allows our team to do their very best work.
As a User Experience Designer within the Golf Clash team at Playdemic, you will collaborate and liaise with Production, Designers, Artists, and other content creators to produce information architecture flows, wireframes, and interactable prototypes for use by wider disciplines.
Responsibilities
Day to Day:
* Reporting to the Game Design Director, you will join us and collaborate on ideation of user flows with Design, Product, and User Interface teams to produce low-high fidelity wireframes for further production.
* You will apply a User-centric mindset to assist bridging Design requirements to User Interface creation.
* You will assist in defining User Profiles, to be utilised within Design ideation processes.
* In joining us, you will work with the development team to ensure content is developed with consideration for both product and end-user requirements.
Key Skills
* You will have experience working on a live product, with a proven track record of developing user flows within the constraints of a release schedule.
* Prior experience establishing Information Architecture flows to help create navigable user interface designs.
* You have an understanding of user demographics, and how to translate user requirements into profiles which can be applied to designs.
* A fundamental understanding of User Experience design principles, and an ability to constructively justify user-centric decisions.
* A keen eye for detail to achieve the highest standards of quality.
Bonus Skills
* Prior experience working in a Mobile Game Development Studio.
* Experience of evaluating product for user experience pain points, and proposing solutions.
* Interest in mobile games, with an understanding of the free-to-play genre.
* Educated to degree level in an experience design related subject, or equivalent experience.
