Programme Manager
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000

A bit about the job:
This role will successfully oversee the execution of strategic programmes, driving change that enables Aviva to continuously improve customers outcomes. The role will include influencing and challenging stakeholders (including 3rd parties and regulatory bodies) up to C-suite. You will own a significant budget (up to £10million). You will be responsible for prioritising activity in line with this and will need to confidently identify and manage delivery and operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise impact. Thought and behaviour leadership and delivering through others are essential to succeed in this role.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
1. Experience with leading fast paced, complex change with annual budgets between £5m - £10m
2. Capable of influencing senior stakeholders to drive the necessary changes at a strategic level with demonstrable experience in managing multiple third-party suppliers
3. Confidence in leading a number of high priorities, concurrent projects
4. Effective leadership of teams up to 100 change professionals in a matrix environment, with experience of managing up to 10 direct reports
5. The ability to think out of the box, driving innovation in the way in which we deliver change and outcomes

6. Salary £65,000 - £85,000 depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
7. Bonus opportunity 12% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
