We’re looking for a talented Management Consultant to join their team – someone with a sharp analytical mind, extensive experience in ERP transformation, and exceptional financial analysis skills.
Job Summary:
As a Management Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ERP transformation projects and providing insightful financial analysis to clients.
Your expertise will be essential in developing strategies that optimise business processes, drive financial growth, and enable efficient ERP implementations.
This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on financial analysis, and technical ERP knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with ERP transformation projects from inception through to implementation, ensuring alignment with client objectives and delivering value at each phase.
• Conduct in-depth financial analyses, identifying key performance drivers and providing actionable insights to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their financial goals and operational challenges, designing solutions that address both.
• Help develop financial models and assist with budget and forecasting
• Prepare reports and presentations for client facing deliverables
Technical Skills:
* Foundational knowledge of finance operations, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
* Basic process mapping and documentation skills.
* Experience with ERP systems and financial tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Excel).
* Software Expertise:
* ERP Systems: Basic proficiency with SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
* Data Analysis Tools: Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), Power BI, or Tableau for data visualization.
* Project Management Tools: Familiarity with tools like Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
Methodologies:
* Exposure to Agile or Lean methodologies (preferable but not required)
