We now need to strengthen our ALPLA team and have a vacancy for an experienced Administrator to join our Planning function at our Head Office in Golborne initially on a 12-month fixed term basis.
The purpose of the planning administrator is to provide support to the planning team, which will encompass various administrator tasks. As a planning administrator, you will become an integral part of the team in ensuring the day-to-day administrator tasks are complete and assist the planning team with their duties.
Key Areas of Responsibility (not limited to)
* Monitoring of customer requirements/orders – updating customers on any changes or issues
* Dealing with customer returns
* Mailbox management
* Management of live documents and data input - Excel
* Liaising with Warehouse regarding deliveries/orders
* Monitoring and rectifying stock shortages/discrepancies, liaising with relevant departments
* Inputting orders onto the system
* Exporting orders and liaising with the transport team to ensure transport is booked
What makes you great
Skills/Experience:
* Experience within Planning, Order Processing, or UK Export Administration would be advantageous
* Minimum 2 years of experience within an Administration role
* Strong Excel skills are essential
* Able to work under pressure and to timescales
* High attention to detail is essential
* Excellent communication skills are essential
