This specific post is for the Liaison Team Manager who will be working closely with the Senior Management Team and peers contributing to the dynamic development within the Learning Disability & Autism Specialist Pathway. You can be a part of the changes we are making and the new direction the specialist service is heading. We have a culture of continued learning, each team having monthly protected days which includes a variety of training, supervision and service development. The entire pathway will be trained in Positive Behaviour Support and we will be following that up with Quality Improvement training to support the teams with transformation.
