The company seeks a Customer Services Representative to join their friendly team.
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday. This is intended to be a hybrid working role, with typically three office days and two remote working days per week.
Responsibilities:
* Providing outstanding customer service through phone and email.
* Taking telephone orders and payments.
* Processing returns and refunds.
* Supporting the sleep test team with their processes.
* Some general data entry / admin tasks as needed.
Essential skills:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to problem solve and take ownership.
* Self-motivated team player.
* Attention to detail.
* Can-do, positive attitude.
* Minimum two years of customer service experience (office or retail).
