Repairs Planner
Location: West Byfleet
Term: Full time / Perm
Salary: Up to £27k
We have an opportunity for a Repairs Planner to join our team within our Responsive Maintenance division. You will be working out of our West Byfleet office, delivering planning for our reactive maintenance appointments.
Day to Day:
1. Proactively co-ordinate the delivery of all workflow to a dedicated area and team of on-site operatives, adhering to safe working practices at all times.
2. Ensure that systems are updated within prescribed timescales and utilised to their full capability to ensure maximum efficiency.
3. Support resource planning, confirm holiday rotas and highlight potential additional resource requirements.
4. Promote customer service excellence to deliver a positive and caring customer experience.
5. Work in collaboration with the team, our service partners and our client.
6. Provide an agile response to priority reactive tasks.
7. Maintain a daily relationship between the Regional Service Centre and on-site teams.
8. Run reports and maintain all system information and data.
9. Liaise with the National Accommodation Model provider to ensure relationships are maintained and service provision remains consistent.
10. Undertake general administrative duties.
11. Schedule work for operatives to attend properties and undertake works.
Requirements:
1. Strong communicator with a great telephone manner and a genuine desire to help people on a daily basis.
2. Good attention to detail and preferably prior experience of working in a customer service environment, whether this is in a contact centre or face to face.
3. Positive can-do attitude and a great team player.
4. Scheduling experience within a planned and maintenance environment.
5. Awareness of safe working within a facilities management or building environment.
6. Experience of working accurately to timescales and providing customer service excellence.
7. Intermediate/Advanced Excel & Microsoft packages.
8. Experience of working accurately to deadlines in a pressurised environment.
9. English and Mathematics GCSE A-C standard.
10. Good knowledge of repairs and maintenance sector or trade-based background.
