What You’ll Be Doing:
Completing a range of maintenance tasks within your designated trade(s) to a high standard and achieving first-time fixes wherever possible.
Representing Paradigm in customers’ homes with professionalism, courtesy, and care.
Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and reporting any potential risks.
Maintaining van stock and using materials efficiently to minimise waste.
Completing accurate and timely documentation in line with company procedures.
Supporting and mentoring apprentices or other team members as required.
Taking part in our on-call rota to provide out-of-hours support when needed.
What You’ll Bring:
Relevant qualifications: City & Guilds Part 1 & 2, NVQ2, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as a plumber, including knowledge of water distribution, wastewater systems, and associated building codes and regulations.
A full (preferably clean) UK driving licence.
Strong communication and customer service skills, with a commitment to delivering excellence.
Flexibility to work independently and as part of a team, meeting deadlines under pressure.
Basic knowledge of health and safety legislation.
We’ll also provide you with everything you need to do your job effectively: a fully equipped van, fuel card, workwear, and an electronic tablet to manage your schedule.
