4. Contributing to our design process with installation expertise.
5. In due course, proactively managing projects through liaison with clients and project teams.
6. Managing inventory and invoices for site teams.
7. Maintaining office premises and lighting displays.
Requirements:
1. Electrically qualified (ideally) or electrically very competent with hands-on experience.
2. At least 5 years of experience in high-end residential construction.
3. Networking experience is an advantage but not essential.
4. Proactive, curious, and hungry to learn with a 'can-do' attitude.
5. Organized and professional with great attention to detail.
6. Excellent communication skills with a wide range of people.
7. Able to travel to project sites on a weekly basis.
8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced small team environment.
9. Driving license and fluency in English.
10. Permanent leave to live and work in the UK.
The role will be based out of our offices in Thirsk, North Yorkshire, requiring you to be within a commutable distance of Thirsk.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience, and benefits include company ownership by an Employee Ownership Trust, personal development opportunities, company vehicle, private healthcare, and holiday increases with long service.
