We are looking for a Customer Operations Assistant to join a Bicester based company. This is a varied role that will include handling queries, liaising between departments, working within the warehouse, packing orders, and in-store customer service.
Working hours will consist of 07:45-16:00 Monday to Friday. This role will start predominantly in the warehouse but will involve face-to-face customer service and selling to customers in-store.
Duties of the Customer Operations Assistant:
1. Ensure customer orders are manufactured, picked, and dispatched correctly.
2. Manage order queries.
3. Liaise with other departments to make sure orders are completed efficiently.
4. Communicate with couriers and suppliers.
5. Support with stock management.
6. Schedule waste removal.
7. Maintain and clean machinery.
8. Provide in-store customer service.
9. Selling products to customers.
10. Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Personal Attributes:
1. Previous customer service or administration experience.
2. Strong warehouse background.
3. Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office packages and CRM’s. Previous use of ERP platforms would also be advantageous.
4. Prioritise tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Willingness to learn and develop your skills.
