We're currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a FTC basis to cover Maternity leave at our Chester Operation Centre.
We offer 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday working hours.
Our Customer Service Advisors are a dedicated team that are crucial to our operation, who promptly respond to high volume inbound and outbound calls from our customers, while maintaining our Service Level Agreements and timeframes.
They also assist our members and private traders with sales and return queries and provide administrative duties associated with documentation and compliance.

* Great, clear communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong attention to detail
* IT literate
* Adaptable, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* Able to work as part of a team
