Furniture & Moves Project Manager
Working on multiple contracts looking after our Clients to support moves.
Dealing with Moves Projects,
As the Furniture & Moves Project Manager, you will be required to sell, quote, manage and assist with the delivery of moves projects.
Responsibilities will be to serve a number of projects delivering all Moves and furniture within the business
The candidate will need to be able to communicate very well with Facilities and Office Managers, quote all their own work, manage to completion and invoice.

Main Responsibilities:
* Sales, estimation, production of proposals
* For each project develop, in conjunction with the client,
o The requirements of moves and furniture
o Ensure that all requirements are delivered on time, to budget and to the required quality & regulative standards.
o Compile Works Programmes as required
o Work with moves team and external Moves managers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects
o Work with furniture suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of product
o Prepare and deliver presentations to Customer based on Brief provided
o Identify and highlight any risks, ensure that these are eliminated at the first instance.
o Communicate effectively at all times with everyone affected by the project, in particular the client.
o Review all finances on projects to ensure that they are correct and maintain profitability.
o Attend client meetings where appropriate.
o Manage all deliverables in line with the project plan.
o Record and manage any issues and escalate where necessary.
o Resolve issues arising.
o Monitor & report on progress and performance.
o Have a good understanding of Health & Safety best practice.

* Ability to build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders in order to resolve day to day operational needs and identify opportunities for increasing the level of profitable business.
* Good reporting Skills
* Ability to forecast and present forecasts and sales to the SMT.
* Competent in the use of computers and data handling including Microsoft Office systems Including (but not limited too) Excel, Microsoft project and PowerPoint.
