Join our dynamic engineering team as a Multi Skilled Technician! You'll deliver facilities support services, carrying out general maintenance and business support tasks. Reporting to an Operations Manager, you'll assist engineers with reactive, planned, and ad hoc maintenance tasks. Suitable training and up-skilling will be provided to achieve competency in various tasks.

Responsibilities
As a Multi Skilled Technician, you'll be responsible for performing weekly and monthly planned maintenance tasks, such as flushing outlets, recording water temperatures, and testing emergency lighting. You'll also handle monthly utilities meter readings, respond to reactive repairs, re-lamp defective luminaries, and carry out minor building fabric, joinery, decorating, and plumbing repairs. Maintaining accurate documentation, complying with Health, Safety & Environmental policies, and assisting all trades within the team are key aspects of the role. You'll provide excellent customer service, proactively report maintenance or H&S issues, and take personal responsibility for Health & Safety matters.
Requirements
* Experience in building maintenance, handyperson, or janitorial duties.
* Proactive approach to maintenance and building management.
* Good understanding of health and safety requirements within a building environment.
* Confident, driven, and able to do the job right the first time within a pre-determined timescale.
* Full UK driver's license and willingness to undertake further training.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
* Experience of working within a customer focused environment.
