We are currently recruiting for a Facilities & Estates Manager.
The overall purpose of the Facilities & Estates Manager role is to provide strong and positive leadership to the Facilities and Estates Management Teams while ensuring high-quality, customer-focused services across multiple locations. This role will lead the delivery of a safe, efficient, and exceptional Facilities and Estates service that meets the highest standards in customer care, contract management, and operational excellence.
We are looking for someone who is a proactive and passionate leader with a deep understanding of the built and connected environments with its impact on customers and building users. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a broad range of service functions, overseeing contracted services, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery and safety standards.
As part of the role you will lead the Facilities and Estates Management Teams to deliver exceptional services, ensure compliance with safety requirements, drive innovations in data collection and estate management. You will take pride in providing a safe, welcoming, and high-performing environment for all stakeholders.
You will be required to provide strong and positive leadership and direction to the Facilities and Estates Management Teams, and deliver a broad range of service functions with a focus on exceptional customer care and high internal standards.
