About the Roles Role 1: Marketing Campaign Manager – toob's Established Network Join our dynamic Strategy and Campaigns team to drive growth in regions where toob is already live. You’ll play a crucial role in elevating brand awareness, boosting customer growth, and solidifying our market position. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns to increase customer growth and retention in established areas. Take charge of media planning, budgeting, and performance tracking for traditional marketing efforts. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet campaign objectives. Stay on top of market trends, industry insights, and competitor activities to refine our campaigns. Identify opportunities to enhance brand identity and increase penetration within our established regions. Role 2: Marketing Campaign Manager – Network Growth Help launch toob’s brand in exciting new regions as we expand nationally This role is about creating buzz, driving awareness, and building anticipation for toob’s services in areas where we’re entering for the first time. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of campaigns that spark interest and drive sign-ups in new network areas. Manage all traditional marketing elements including media planning, budgeting, and performance analysis. Work closely with vendors and suppliers to identify the best channels for driving brand awareness. Conduct research on new markets and customer segments to ensure campaigns resonate with the audience. Be the face of toob’s brand in emerging regions, generating excitement and interest as we launch. What You’ll Bring to toob (For Both Roles): A marketing degree or equivalent hands-on experience. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, with a proven track record in campaign management. Experience running marketing campaigns from start to finish, with a strong focus on execution and performance evaluation. Exceptional project management skills, with experience using planning softwares. Excellent organisational, communication, and collaboration skills. A results-driven, hands-on approach with the flexibility to adapt and think on your feet. The ability to interpret data, track performance, and adjust campaigns accordingly. A passion for working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Availability to work from our Portsmouth office 3 days a week.
