Our client, a boutique executive search firm with offices in Bloomsbury, is seeking an impressive all-rounder to join them in a 12-month fixed term contract role. A varied position with elements of operations admin and coordination, as well as more generalist team assistant support to the wider office, the ideal candidate will also be eager to get involved in some PA/search specific projects, such as candidate and client management and interview scheduling. A great company with a collegiate team dynamic, this is a hybrid role with a 3:2 split, and the firm also offers some excellent benefits and a bonus opportunity.
Seeking a candidate with a can-do, muck in attitude that enjoys variety in their day-to-day, the ideal candidate is likely to have at least 18 months to two years comparable work experience. Previous exposure to executive search or recruitment is preferred, and certainly a history of success in a comparably fast-paced, high-performance, environment within a business support role is necessary.
