What the Job Involves Provide professional executive personal assistant services to the corporate leadership team. Act as the point of contact and ambassador for the Council, offering excellent customer service. Manage correspondence, emails, and electronic diaries, arranging meetings and liaising with stakeholders. Screen emails, prepare documentation, and ensure timely follow-ups on all meeting-related tasks. Support the Corporate Support Hub in efficient personal assistant services, covering various locations as needed. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with staff and stakeholders of all levels. Ensure compliance with Council policies, especially concerning data protection and document management. Work flexible hours as required, with occasional evening and weekly office attendance to assist Assistant Directors.
