The Marketing Communications Manager is a key member of the Digital Oncology (DO) Marketing & Sales Operations team, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing communication strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and market success for our DO software portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Strategy, Operations, and Communications, you will oversee the creation and dissemination of impactful marketing content while ensuring a consistent and compelling brand message. This role requires close collaboration with product marketing managers, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to optimize marketing efforts and enhance visibility across global markets. Major Responsibilities Develop and implement an integrated marketing communications strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives and product marketing goals. Ensure brand consistency and portfolio messaging across all marketing channels, working closely with the Head of Marketing Strategy and product marketing managers. Lead the creation of high-quality marketing content, including videos, website copy, newsletters, product briefs, sales presentations, and thought leadership materials. Oversee and manage global marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, public relations, social media, and event marketing, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute regional sales enablement initiatives, including product training programs, webinars, and trade shows. Develop and manage a comprehensive communications plan, including internal and external messaging, public relations, and industry outreach efforts. Work closely with corporate MarComm to coordinate media relations, press releases, and PR initiatives to enhance brand reputation and visibility. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance metrics, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Maintain and update internal communication platforms such as SharePoint, ensuring sales teams have access to up-to-date marketing assets and resources. Lead efforts to optimize the company’s external website, ensuring clear and engaging messaging that reflects brand positioning and value propositions. Support the organization and execution of global training sessions, developing training materials, videos, and other content as needed. Stay informed on industry trends, market research, and competitive intelligence to drive informed decision-making and innovation in marketing strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and achieve business objectives. Education / Experience Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Related Experience: Experience in Oncology, Medical Devices, Healthcare IT, or Software/SaaS marketing is highly desirable. Skills & Attributes Strategic thinker with a strong ability to craft compelling marketing communications and brand messaging. Experience in content creation, including video production, digital marketing, and website development. Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns and brand initiatives. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to storyboard complex concepts and articulate value propositions clearly and effectively. Experience in sales enablement and creating training materials for global teams. Proficiency in tracking and analyzing marketing performance metrics to drive improvements. Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills. Collaborative and team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience with graphic design tools and content management systems (highly desirable). Familiarity with cloud applications, SaaS business models, and digital applications (preferred). Experience working across different market segments, from emerging to mature markets. The base pay range for this position is Min $97,100 - Max $145,600 Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
