ESTIMATOR – FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Estimator to support the sales team in a Facilities Management Company. This role is on a full-time permanent basis based in the clients Berkshire Office in Slough.
As an Estimator you will be required to support the Sales team with the clients’ objects to maintain the compliance, efficiency, effectiveness and longevity of 100’s of sites throughout London and the South East via mechanical, electrical and fabric maintenance.
Estimator - Offer:
· Hours per week are 08:00 to 17:00 negotiable, 41.25 hour week
· Salary up to £55k, Depending on Experience
· 25 days holiday (not including bank holidays)
· Pension scheme after 3 full months service (3% employer contribution, 5% employee)
· Overtime available but not guaranteed
Estimator – Duties:
* Collaborate with the Sales team to fully understand client needs and prepare detailed quotations
* Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Facility Management costs to ensure competitive pricing while guaranteeing high quality results
* Assist with the sales team expectations on quotation turnaround times to ensure clear communication to clients
* Monitor site costs, avoiding pricing issues that may impact revenue and margins throughout the contract lifecycle
Static Building Services Engineer – Requirements:
· Strong proven experience in estimating contracts from concept to completion with the ability to interpret clients’ requirements
· High proficiency in mathematics, used daily to create precise quotations
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Meticulous attention to detail and ability to respond promptly to internal and client requests
· Self- motivated with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
