We are seeking a highly motivated and resilient Project Manager to join our scaling agency. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives under pressure, has exceptional problem-solving skills, and is eager to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced environment. As a key player in the management team you will primarily oversee website development and software application project delivery but may be required to manage projects of another nature at times (for example Graphics and Advertising). You will make sure our clients needs are met and their voices are heard, whilst coordinating with our studio team to deliver projects within budget and the timescale agreed. Key Responsibilities Project Management On-boarding clients Preparation of documentation for projects (briefs, budgets, project plans, snag lists, go-live procedure) Resource planning for projects, scheduling and briefing the creative team Managing client expectations to fit the project scope Responding to clients communications in line with our service level agreement timescale Dealing with client concerns or complaints promptly and gently Identifying budget or scope creep in advance of it becoming problematic Anticipating delays and analysing impact on resources, adjusting plans as a result Handle urgent and time-sensitive tasks, balancing competing priorities to meet deadlines with accuracy and efficiency Developing and delivering campaign and project progress reports to clients Maintaining client records in our CRM Business Operations Preparing project costings and invoices Supporting the scoping and writing of proposals for clients Up-selling products and services in line with client needs Reporting to Directors on the productivity of the team and efficiency of project delivery Training, supporting and line-managing junior staff Skill Requirements Personal Qualities A proactive and energetic self-starter who can own and drive activity Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and emotional intelligence A keen observer of society and trends You can quickly analyse complex issues and provide effective solutions An organised and effective planner Meticulous in attention to detail Excellent verbal and communication skills often in high-pressure situations A positive, can–do attitude to your work and a determination to succeed for the client, the company and yourself Prepared to occasionally travel and work unsociable hours to ensure projects are successfully completed Demonstrable Experience CRM and Project Management software Managing digital projects Understanding of the commercial impact of efficiency and productivity Spreadsheet, word processing and slide presentation programmes Working on multiple projects with multiple deadlines at the same time Understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms Building trusted relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers Resilience in high-pressure situations 2-3 years agency experience mandatory Desirable Knowledge in Website Development Marketing/Communications/Media/Public Relations or relevant degree qualification Why come and work with us?
