Job Summary
The new Sales Consultant will identify, secure and grow new business opportunities for Penta Consulting. They will be responsible for identifying potential client opportunities, engaging closely to sell Penta Consulting’s services, and closing deals to increase sales and ensure steady growth of our client base.
Responsibilities
* To create, guide and direct new business development opportunities aligning to current business strategy
* Identify, articulate and execute new opportunities and business propositions
* Develop and provide data on markets, customer and competitor activity
* To work on developing sustainable candidate databases for designated clients toensure long term ability to fulfil requirements
* Meet with clients in a sales environment to drive business sales and knowledge
* Generate new leads
* Follow up with any clients to make sure that they are satisfied with candidates and services
* Continuously find new target markets and penetrate them to drive sales
* Achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas by acquiring new accounts.
