Position Details: Role: Administrative Officer (Contract: 3 months) Department: Defence Children Services Hours: Full-time (37 hours per week) Hourly rate: £12.99 p/h Location: Trenchard Lines, Upavon, Pewsey, Wiltshire, SN9 6BE Start Date: As soon as possible, pending vetting End date: 05/02/25, extension possibility based on client budget Work Arrangement: Hybrid (On-site during training, then 60% on-site and 40% from home; office days on Tuesday, Thursday, and a third day) Why Join Us? Multitasking: This is a very fast-paced role. Will need to be able to efficiently switch between tasks and manage multiple priorities. IT Competence: Utilise Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) proficiently. Minute Taking: Ability to take minutes is advantageous but not essential. Essential Skills and Qualifications: IT Proficiency: Good understanding of IT, especially Microsoft Office packages. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Initiative: Ability to work independently and proactively manage tasks. Multitasking: Strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience of working within HR/Recruitment would be an advantage Driving: Due to location, having access to a vehicle or the ability to drive is required.
