The Housekeeping Supervisor assists the Executive Housekeeper and Head Housekeeper to ensure the smooth daily housekeeping operations across the estate. As a Housekeeping Supervisor you will ensure that all guest areas, bedrooms and behind the scenes facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, continually surpassing our members and guests expectations. You will have an excellent eye for details, and a genuine passion for hosting, confidently communicating with colleagues as well as our guests and members. Who we are looking for? A team orientated, positive, driven, organised and solution focused leader. Experience in a housekeeping department within a luxury hotel. Experience managing the daily operations, set up, standards, operating procedures. Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines. Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.
