Job Opportunity: HR Officer
Jackson Hogg is supporting a manufacturing business based in Newton Aycliffe with the appointment of a temporary HR Officer for up to 6 months. This is a full-time, office-based position.
You will support the wider HR team and the business with both project-based and reactive HR concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Updating the employee handbook
2. Creating and updating current policies and procedures
3. Salary benchmarking
4. Reviewing and updating company benefits
5. Updating the current appraisal scheme
6. Transactional HR tasks
We are seeking candidates who are immediately available and currently hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification. The ideal candidate will be well-organized with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
