This esteemed company is involved in the installation, rental, and repair of environmental monitoring instrumentation equipment. We are seeking to add a Field Service Engineer to the team. The successful candidate will be based in their Bangor office with occasional field-based travel required (use of a company vehicle for visits) Hours Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5:00 PM Salary £28,000 - £38,000 + Use of vehicle + expenses Excellent benefits included. The Role: We are seeking and enthusiastic individual to assist our equipment servicing, rental and installation divisions. As an Equipment Engineer you will be responsible for undertaking routine servicing and repair of customer equipment and preparation of our rental equipment. This is a practical role which will involve mechanical and electronic based hands-on tasks. You will be working on equipment including; water sampling pumps, water quality sensors, level sensors, gas analysers and data logging equipment. Previous experience working with similar equipment would be beneficial however is not a prerequisite. Full training will be provided by our team and supplemented by our industry suppliers where required. As some servicing tasks involve fault diagnosis, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are beneficial.
