The Programming Principles, Logic and Verification team (PPLV, UCL Computer Science) is looking for a (Senior) Research Associate to work on the project AutoProbe (Automated Probabilistic Black-Box Verification), funded by an ERC CoG. The Research Associate will be responsible for advancing the research goals of the project as well as disseminating results through publications and presentations.
About the role
The successful candidate will have experience working in a research environment, be knowledgeable in the fields of semantics, automata, and verification, and have practical experience in the implementation of complex algorithms.
About you
We are looking for a research assistant with strong programming skills, familiarity with network protocols, and experience in one of the following areas: model-based testing and verification, formal methods for concurrency, or automated analysis of hardware systems. Experience in multiple areas will be valued.
