Weâve got an exciting opportunity for a technologically minded graduate with a passion for digital marketing, data and eCommerce to join us as a Marketing Technology Manager.
In this role youâll drive IT thought leadership and disruptive innovation through the lens of technology for P&G Brands. Youâll work across different marketing technologies, analytics & insights, data strategy, platform integration, business & technology innovation, and automation, to take our brands to the next levels.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Leading and managing innovation spaces in marketing technology to meet emerging needs in one of our businesses (IoT, automation, new data sets, new platforms, etc.)
* Prioritizing and translating business requirements to systems requirements which drive business transformation and adhere to IT policies and security/privacy mandates.
* Delivering insights from data sets in digital/media/eCommerce
* Activating and optimising digital media brand building platforms to meet the needs of the business (digital presence, social, CRM, DTC, programmatic, etc.)
* Collaborating across the marketing and media organizations
* Raising our collective Digital-IQ; leading the thinking, owning trainings and sharing best practice across IT and to other functions.

Job Qualifications
We are looking for:
* Bachelorâs degree minimum in any subject, but an IT related degree is preferential.
* Individuals with a real passion for marketing and technology, with hands-on technical experience working on IT projects gained during studies, personal projects or professional experience (python, SQL coding skills or similar needed).
* Strong leadership, innovation and interpersonal collaboration skills are needed to build and maintain strong effective relations with IT and Business partners.
* A background in marketing technology and /or application development will be helpful.
