Location: Wisley Gardens Salary: £35,000 per annum Tronc Shift Pattern: 5 over 7 days, 40 hours per week, between the hours of 8:00-19:00 with occasional evenings during Events Key responsibilities Conduct ongoing reviews of food and service, providing constructive feedback to chefs and the service team, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence Looking after 100 covers and a team of 10 Proactively suggest food and service innovations to senior leadership, supporting business growth and development at RHS Wisley Plan, coordinate and execute a variety of events, including internal and external events Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, decorations, entertainment and catering services Manage event budgets, ensuring cost effective solutions without compromising quality Oversee event staff, including waitstaff, bartenders and other support personnel Ensure all events run smoothly and address any issues or emergencies that arise Promote a culture of continuous learning, ensuring all staff have growth opportunities within the organisation Achieve financial targets by effectively managing costs, maximising revenue opportunities, and ensuring overall profitability Monitor daily sales, labour costs, and key financial metrics, optimising staffing levels and scheduling strategies to maintain efficiency without compromising service What's in it for you?
