Confident Sales & Customer Service Administrator required for a busy distribution company based in Brierley Hill, looking at a January start working on a 13 week temp to perm contract.
The purpose of the role is to deal with all incoming orders and queries from existing customers.
Main Duties:
1. Inbound and outbound calls to new and existing customers.
2. Taking and processing sales orders by phone, fax, and email.
3. Answering all incoming enquiries on process and products.
4. Advising on order progress and deliveries.
5. Customer complaint handling and offering returns/refunds.
6. All general office and admin duties.
The Right Candidate Must:
1. Be experienced in a sales role, ideally Sales Admin or order processing.
2. Be confident and professional talking over the phone.
3. Able to work in a busy sales department.
4. Have a bubbly, confident personality.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.25am - 4.45pm.
Weekly pay.
Salary Negotiable – Up to £22,000pa.
