The role:
We are seeking to appoint a new Paralegal to assist the residential conveyancing department by providing a comprehensive and quality conveyancing service as part of a team.

Residential transactions represent significant milestones for our clients, such as purchasing a first home. As a paralegal in this area, you will play a key role in making these processes seamless and stress-free.
The role involves direct communication with buyers, sellers, and lenders, enabling you to foster interpersonal connections.
Every real estate transaction is unique, keeping the work in this area dynamic and engaging.
You:
To be successful for this role we require:
* 5 GCSE at grade C or above, or equivalent. Relevant work experience can be considered as an alternative.
* Experience in handling sale, purchase and remortgage files.
* Experience in using case management systems.
