Head of HR | Perm role | £80k-£85k | Membership organisation | Hybrid | Central London offices
This newly created Head of HR position with a renowned membership body will lead the HR function during an exciting period of change and renewal. Reporting to the Executive Director of Corporate Services, you will provide strategic HR leadership to a team of 5 and provide a leading HR service to a workforce of circa #removed#. Key responsibilities will include:
* Development of all HR and Organisation Design strategies
* Identify areas of improvement from an HR perspective, including talent management and development
* Lead on a series of HR-related projects including organisation design, pay frameworks, and ERP
* Line management of an HR Business Partner and HR Operations Manager, with oversight of 2 administrators and a Recruitment Specialist
Our client is looking for a seasoned Head of HR with significant experience in OD, team and senior stakeholder management, with expert knowledge in attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional talent.
