Role
The Team Coordinator plays a key role in our store locations. Responsible for the smooth running of our day-to-day stores, they lead our teams to reach our important KPI targets and foster a positive culture that aligns with our core values. Responsible for store operations, HR duties, administrative tasks, loss prevention controls, enforcing great customer service for both our customers and our artists.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Shop Operations: Managing and overseeing shop operations, developing a routine for opening and closing, ensuring efficient functioning of the shop, managing the sales floor and providing maximum profitability.
* HR: Implementing human resource duties including recruiting, hiring, training and disciplinary actions, managing schedules, assigning responsibilities and setting sales quotas and performance management based on metrics.
* Administration and Finance: Administrating accounting functions, meeting monthly, quarterly and annual sales and financial targets, managing the budget and generating payroll by adhering to payroll policy.
* Stock Control: Controlling inventory to ensure sufficient stock, daily and weekly counts, rotated and changed by season, shop specials or sales.
* Creatives Management: Communicating with our artists, designers, and producers, ensuring all creatives are compliant with policies, inviting new creatives to join your store, working with creatives to support their business needs.
* Customer Service: Driving exceptional customer service, setting criteria for staff, establishing security and safety measures, creating emergency and ensuring health and safety compliance.
* Loss Prevention: Managing loss prevention through security requirements and monitoring strategies, auditing paperwork and inventory levels and appropriately handling broken or damaged merchandise.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
* The right candidate must align with our core values and mission statement.
* Experience working with office systems such as Microsoft 360, Planday, Wix, Shopify, or equivalent.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of retail software (POS, inventory systems).
* Two years of experience in a management position or similar experience.
* Experience in coaching and developing team members to improve performance and reach business goals.
* Confidence in holding team members accountable.
* Hybrid: Edinburgh and the East (Hybrid Model – 1/2 Day in Office)
