We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support our team with key administrative tasks while gaining valuable experience in talent sourcing and recruitment operations. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless hiring process, from posting job adverts and scheduling interviews to supporting onboarding and maintaining accurate records.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong admin skills who wants to develop in recruitment, learning the ins and outs of candidate attraction, sourcing, and employer branding.
Role Details
* Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week between 8:30-5pm
* Remote working with the requirement to travel as necessary for recruitment team and HR team meetings.
* Fixed-term contract ending November 2025
* The closing date for this advert is Sunday 16th February with interviews to take place on Thursday 20th February via video interview.
What You’ll Do
* Keep recruitment running smoothly by managing job adverts, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
* Support the onboarding process, tracking progress and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
* Own the recruitment inbox, responding to queries quickly and professionally.
* Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
* Develop your skills in talent sourcing, learning how to identify and engage great candidates (full training provided).
* Work closely with the Recruitment Specialists, helping to attract top talent and improve our hiring processes.
