The project: In the energy sector, the UK will need to invest up to £900 billion of capital expenditure to enable a net zero economy by 2050. For our clients in the sector, this means delivering complex projects and programmes delivering low-carbon technologies and infrastructure safely, efficiently, and at pace.
This role will work at the forefront of this, contributing to the delivery of construction projects connecting new generation and storage into the grid. Working closely with client and contractor teams, you will build close working relationships to ensure that projects are progressing in accordance with contracted timescales and requirements.

You'll need to have:
* Expert knowledge of schedule management tools & software.
* Mastery in setting up effective planning/schedule management systems & procedures.
* Able to manage activities with significant uncertainty of solution or outcome.
* Develop and maintain effective communication and collaborative relationships with clients and other project stakeholders.
* Building and leading a high performing team.
* Degree (or equivalent) with professional work experience in one or more specific disciplines in the construction, programme, project or commercial management disciplines.
You'll also have:
* Membership of APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA or equivalent.
* Extensive experience in successful planning of projects and programmes in the consult sector.
* Strong commercial and financial acumen.
