You will provide support, guidance and quality assurance practices for all branches of the Royal Navy, especially the Submarine Service, for Apprenticeship Learners progressing through their Apprenticeship Programmes (AP) in the Naval Service. Job title: Apprentice Support Coordinator Job Description: What you’ll be doing: Providing Apprenticeship Programme delivery and support for learners through their Apprenticeship programmes Visiting operational units to conduct learner progress reviews Working closely with the Royal Navy and various National Authorities and Agencies, to ensure there is a consistent and compliant quality assured Apprenticeship delivery output Maintaining Apprenticeship documentation to meet the standard requirements. Monitoring, identifying and producing appropriate training documentation to uphold the centres quality assurance standards What we’re looking for: Previous Military experience, preferably in the Submarine Service. Good communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to multi task, prioritise and work to deadlines Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
