Key Responsibilities:
1. As a Technical Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various technical and administrative tasks to support the manufacturing operations.
2. You will maintain and update technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
3. The Technical Administrator will also work closely with the production and engineering teams to assist.
4. Handle technical inquiries, prepare reports, and ensure seamless communication across departments.
5. Assist in the management of technical records.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Technical Administrator or in a similar technical/administrative role within a technical/engineering/manufacturing environment.
2. Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
3. Proficient in using MS Office and other relevant software tools.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues.
5. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
