Working closely with the HR Team Leader, the Deputy Team Leader will be responsible for the administrative and reporting functions of the team, as well as assisting in the development, improvement and expansion of HR systems and procedures across the Department. You will also be responsible for managing the monthly HR payroll actions. The role will be of particular interest to those who prefer to work with a diverse range of projects, whilst taking responsibility for deputising for the HR Team Leader and engaging in day to day HR operations.This is a full-time post based at the Department of Oncology, Old Road Campus Research Building, Oxford OX3 7DQ. This role also offers the opportunity for some hybrid working.
