Role Overview:
As a Software Project Manager, you’ll lead the onboarding process for new customers, transitioning them to AlarmMaster Pro. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, migrate data, and ensure smooth adoption of our software. This role is perfect for someone with strong technical skills and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the end-to-end implementation process for new clients.
2. Analyze existing systems and migrate customer data to AlarmMaster Pro.
3. Configure the platform based on client requirements to optimize workflows.
4. Provide technical support during onboarding, including troubleshooting.
5. Deliver training sessions to ensure effective user adoption.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges and enhance the product.
Essential Skills and Experience:
1. Proven experience in software implementations, system migrations, or data integration.
2. Proficiency in SQL databases and data transformation.
3. Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts simply.
4. Organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Desirable Experience:
1. Knowledge of Field Service Management or SaaS platforms.
2. Familiarity with REST APIs and their applications.
3. Background in the fire and security services industry.
