Are you a strategic, data-driven leader with expertise in retail distribution channel management? We are seeking an experienced Retail Distribution Channel Manager to play a key role in driving growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and managing high-impact partnerships. Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute retail distribution strategies for consumer hardware and software products, aligned with company objectives.
* Establish and nurture relationships with senior executives at key distribution partners, effectively communicating the company’s vision and strategy.
* Manage commercial agreements with partners, including pricing, volume commitments, and other key terms.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Legal, Finance, Marketing) to deliver impactful, scalable initiatives.
* Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and make strategic recommendations.
* Drive go-to-market strategies for new products, ensuring successful execution and partner alignment.
* Manage and forecast inventory levels to meet demand, identifying and mitigating risks related to supply chain disruptions.
* Deliver executive-level presentations, providing business updates and gaining approval for strategic initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Strong experience in distribution channel management, category management, operations, or program management.
* Proven experience with commercial partnerships, contract negotiation, and sales operations.
* Strong data analysis skills, with expertise in Excel/Google Sheets and proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite.
* Ability to develop business cases and deliver compelling presentations.
* Demonstrated success in building and optimising processes in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
* Experience leading regional and international teams to achieve alignment and drive outcomes.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience in multi-channel sales and retail distribution for consumer hardware/software.
* Proven stakeholder management skills, including managing multiple internal and external partners simultaneously.
* Strong negotiation experience, handling complex agreements with multiple stakeholder organisations.
* Ability to navigate complex organisations and balance competing priorities effectively.
