Main duties of the job Responsible for ensuring appropriate staffing establishment is in place, monitoring performance of bank fill, reducing agency activity and spend and highlighting any areas of risk subsequently forming action plans to deliver recommendations around efficiencies and improvements. The post holder will need to work closely with operational management, rostering, medical staffing, and recruitment teams to achieve this.Ensure that effective mechanisms are in place to provide temporary recruitment solutions that meet the needs of services, including bank and agency (including Locum) recruitment.To contribute to the contract management of the Master Vendor arrangements with outsourced providers and suppliers of key services within areas of responsibility.
