Job Description:
The role is to maximize the sales of the Foodservice accounts under your remit profitably. This involves developing and growing sales with existing customers, working with RTM Wholesalers and their end users, and opening new RTM and end user accounts to expand brand distribution in the Foodservice channel.
Our managed brands include LKK, a leading authentic Chinese food brand in the UK, Sacla Foodservice (including Vegan solutions), Mathew Walker Xmas puddings, and the emerging authentic pasta brand Rummo. In the front of house, we have drinks brands like Nexba, BOS, and Nix & Kix, offering functional and health benefits.
To succeed, you should be able to:
* Effectively manage your account portfolio to meet all brand objectives
* Build and develop relationships with key decision makers
* Present new product launches effectively
* Have experience or a background as a chef in the Foodservice sector is helpful, but not essential
* If not a chef, demonstrate passion and experience in Foodservice
Most accounts are based in the South West, with some managing the Head Office of these accounts. The ideal candidate should be located in the South West and be prepared to visit Petty Wood's Head Office in Andover at least two days a week.
While Teams meetings are used, face-to-face selling calls are preferred. Therefore, this role is not suitable for those seeking mainly home-based work.
This job will be advertised for a maximum of 2 weeks.
