About Us
• 36 hours per week as full-time hours - however full time and part time applicants will be considered.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to become part of the unique, warm and welcoming Wandsworth Hospital Schools and Home Tuition Service (WHHTS). WHHTS comprises of St George's Hospital School and CAMHS Campus School at Springfield University Hospital, Tooting. The Service also supports children with medical needs and mental health issues in their homes, schools and local community. Ofsted rated the HHTS as Outstanding in 2023 and it is committed to delivering high quality education for children and young people who have medical needs or mental health issues that result in inpatient admissions or recurring absences from school.
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic professional to take on this important role within our successful service.
Candidates will need to be positive, highly confidential with all matters, have a professional attitude, be well organised, highly flexible and have excellent inter-personal skills. They should create a professional and welcoming office environment; have a calm and tactful attitude with excellent communication skills; have strong IT skills including MS Office applications; and have excellent and efficient organisational skills.

Experience of a similar role within a school will be a significant advantage and we ask you to address the job description and person specification carefully in your application.
In addition, you will have:
1. Knowledge and experience of human resources management
2. Experience of development, management and the operation of administrative systems.
3. Experience of leading on or assisting with school financial management systems.
4. Experience of ICT systems such as Word, Excel, Outlook and knowledge of accounting software such as Integra.
5. Excellent numeracy, literacy and communication skills.
6. Experience of contributing to marketing and publicity would also be an advantage but not essential.
7. Knowledge of health and safety management and processes.
